Ken grew up in Arnold, he graduated from Broadcast Center and attended Washington University. He left college early to start his career in IT. Together, he and his wife Sarah own BOX_STL and both teach classes regularly. Ken has had two amateur boxing matches with a 1-1 record. His classes are always packed with high energy, hip-hop and rock blasting to set the tone for a fun power packed class. Follow Ken on Instagram!
