Youth Boxing Program

  • Our Coaches are USA Boxing certified! Let’s BOX!!!

  • BOXSTL is now enrolling for the next session of Youth Boxing 201! 
  • Youth Boxing 101
  • ⚬ Ages 8-16y/o
    ⚬ Saturdays at 12pm
    ⚬ No experience needed!
    ⚬ This is a no contact, 45min youth boxing class. Students will begin with a warmup, then timed rounds on the heavybag, finishing class with cool down and core work.
    ⚬ Boxing 101 offers a FREE TRIAL, please contact the front desk to reserve a spot for your child! Handwraps and heavybag gloves are required, we have gloves that your child can borrow for their first class and handwraps are $11/pair.
  • Youth Boxing 201
  • ⚬ Ages 10-12y/o
    ⚬ 4 week program
    ⚬ Saturdays at 1pm & Wednesdays at 630pm.
    ⚬ Attendance is important, as this small group will start by learning boxing basics and building as the program continues.
    ⚬ This program is required for students who have an interest in sparring. This is an extremely light contact class, meaning... while students will not be sparring, they will be building/working up to guided partner drills - under the supervision of our USA Boxing certified Coaches.
    ⚬ Free trials are unavailable for Boxing 201. If you or your child are unsure about enrollment, we suggest trying a Boxing 101 class prior to starting Boxing 201.
  • Youth Boxing 202
  • ⚬ Ages 12-16y/o
    ⚬ 4 week program
    ⚬ Wednesdays at 630pm and Saturdays at 1pm.
    ⚬ Attendance is important, as this small group will start by learning boxing basics and building as the program continues.

Ages 8-15y/o

Absolutely, we very much suggest having our trained staff properly fit your child for the appropriate size/fit glove. Handwrpas are also available for purchase.

We suggest starting with YOUTH BOXING 101. We do offer this class as a free trial and then can discuss enrollment to YOUTH BOXING 201.
