Infrared Sauna

Most guests chose to be naked but you can wear underpants.
Guests will need at least 1 towel, 2 towels is strongly suggested. (1 towel to sit on, the other to dry off after your session.) And definitely bring a WATER BOTTLE!
You can stretch or just sit and relax. We do have blue tooth option available, to listen to an audio book or music.
We have towels available for purchase.
Absolutely! A staff member will get you all setup with compression or the sauna.
